Kutumbs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

At any of the above cases you can fill-up the Return Form available on the website within 2 days of the receipt. You must notify kutumbs immediately if you decide to cancel your order, through the Website or email mentioning your order number. Contact us through email on support@kutumbs.com.

If the delivery / shipment process is already been initiated or completed and/or delivery personnel are already out for delivery, the order for the product may not be cancelled.

Return also may get canceled due to unavailability of the product; in this case we will inform you and return any payment that you have made.

We will provide size exchange if the products is unworn, unused and the requested size/fit is available. No cancellation request will be processed if it has been communicated to the vendors/merchants.

If your product comes under a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue / complaint directly to them. Kutumbs reserves the right to refuse the return in case the item has been damaged, soiled, and worn.

Customer have right to reject the delivery of the wrong order and will be either fully refunded for the missing item or the item will be replaced with the correct order.

We make every effort to deliver all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Service Team will inform you at the earliest if your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Card Account.

RETURNS

Any item ordered from us cannot be returned.

It is only possible to exchange the item as per the above Exchange/Replacement Policy. Books cannot be exchanged.

We have a FREE replacement warranty for 7 days from the purchase for Purchase that does not match the description / wrong item and Defective product. Warranty voids if misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product is found. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. If the product found returnable by us we will inform you the return process. Please pay for your return shipping and use a traceable mail service for the same. After the product got examined a full refund will be issued to original method of payment and refund receipt for the same will be mailed. Please check/contact your bank to ensure the refund. Please note that we don’t have any exchange policy and sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that most of our products are non-returnable and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on most of our products. We never sell any returned item regardless of if it was used or not. We never sell a previously returned or used product. Products once sold cannot be taken back. Product purchased if returnable can be returned in several occasions if found damaged or issues with the quality within specific days mentioned at the product page for refund, and exchange.

Please note that items returned must be with their original packaging with labels attached. Products will be inspected on return. Please return the items in their original packaging within specified times for the product to be returned to the address on your packing slip. Items Returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.

After receiving your package check the items to make sure they are working well. We refund or exchange only for DEFECTIVE items. Once we receive the return we perform a quality check and holds complete right to refuse the refund against return of the product. While returning items at the return form please specify the items to return or exchange and provide your bank details to process the refund if applicable also include the invoice received with your order. Refund may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will automatically refund and inform you through email. We refund the shipping cost only if the item is faulty or damaged.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

There is no specific eligibility as such, except for sending the items with their original sealed packaging, completely unused.

Send us back with same condition with all original tags and boxes to return. We have several items in our store which are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Products those are damaged due to misuse or mishandling, worn / washed / soiled / tailored, unsealed branded items are not eligible for return.

In the case of a manufacturing defect for some product, the 30 day manufacturer’s warranty is used to replace a defective product with the same product. After receiving the order please check immediately before using because manufacturer will not provide warranty replacement on used products.

Manufacturer warranty replacement is possible only if the order invoice and the original packaging are included with the return. For further instructions on return send us a mail and fill up the return form within 2 days of receiving the product. Please remember that refund in bank accounts depends solely on the bank’s functional policies. Usually it takes 7-10 working days.

Please remember products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.
We don’t accept replacements and / or exchanges for products that are not to customers liking also encourage our customer to choose well before placing the order.

If the items you receive may not appear exactly the same as pictured on the website due to manufacturers change the packaging and the color or the design, in some cases, substitutions may be made. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse an order.

In the event of fraud or harassment, the privacy policy becomes void. If you need a replacement immediately, call us, do not ship next day.

Our Refund Policy

Cases of unavailability of products or a service problem:

  • If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but at the end, choice of the customer will be final.
  • If the order is confirmed by us and the product is not shipped on time to the customer, then we give refunds to the customer, if the customer demands.
  • 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or we are not able to ship the products.
  • For courier products, if the delivery address is out-side the service area, then 100% refund will be given to the customer
  • Refund will be processed within 7-10 Days after the returned products have been recieved via Bank Transfer or Cheque. 

We have tie-ups with logistic partners who work specifically on reverse logistics. A customer can contact us on support@kutumbs.com and our customer support team will initiate a reverse pick-up for you. Alternatively, a customer can also ship us the merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We do not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.

Items Damaged during delivery

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and mail us. We will contact the Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once the courier company has approved and paid the claim to Kutumbs., we will forward the applicable amount to you (Note: Original insurance cost is not refundable). An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Before placing any order from our website kindly check at the product page during shopping that weather the product is a returnable or not. What to do if I receive a wrong item?

Mail us the Order detail with the image of the wrong product received once your issue is identified we will communicate further action.

Once the order is placed can I modify/cancel?

Modification or cancellation of the order is possible only before shipping. Once the order is shipped, you will not be able to amend the order.

How to exchange the products purchased?

Please note that we don’t have any exchange policy and sale items cannot be refunded. If the product is returnable and you wish to exchange please contact Customer Care on support@kutumbs.com with the details of the products and the issue faced and we will get back to you. Once the process is done, you can simply give a confirmation on Email and a new product will be shipped to you.

How long it will take for the entire exchange process?

Please note that we don’t have any exchange policy and sale items cannot be refunded. If for some products the exchange is approved, it takes 7-10 days to pick up the defective product/s from your place and within 7 days the new product will be delivered to you.

When will I get my refunds?

A refund usually takes 7-10 business days.

Are there any other options for refunds?

In case of out of stock products or Damaged before delivery we can even give coupon codes of the amount of the order placed for your next purchase.

What if I receive a defective product or it doesn’t work after few days?

In case of returnable items please contact us immediately. Most manufacturers offer a “30 days replacement guarantee”.

What to do if my order invoice is incorrect?

In case you get a wrong invoice, please email us with your order number, and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
